Mount Baker / Seward Park
Mount Baker is an upscale, waterfront neighborhood in south Seattle named after the mountain in the Cascade Range that's visible across Lake Washington. This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities on the trails of Colman Park, Lake Washington Boulevard Park, or Mount Baker Beach.
Seward Park is a neighborhood in southeast Seattle, just west of the namesake park. The park offers three miles of shoreline, 120 acres of old-growth forest, trails, wildlife, a swimming beach on Andrews Bay, two playgrounds, and open space.
